Services
Video Consultation
We recommend a video consultation session prior to booking other sessions for first time clients. During this session, we will develop a care plan and best practices while preparing for your full in-person session.
90-Minute/120-Minute Session
Clients will receive personalized instructions, care and treatment during this session. Travel time is also considered in all session bookings and prices.
Event Bookings
Bringing years of experience in sporting competitions, corporate settings, performing arts events, yoga studios, rehab and fitness environments to your next event. Travel time is also considered in all session bookings and prices.
Travel
Currently based in Los Angeles, California, but love to travel. If you are between a 30-60 mile radius there will be an additional charge for a single session. No additional travel charge for 2 sessions in the same household during the same visit.
If you are outside the Los Angeles area but you have heard about Allen’s work and want to get on the table, reach out and see what we can arrange. We have clientele up and down the West Coast including Los Angeles County, San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz, Orange County, and San Diego. We can contact you when we plan to be in your area next.
Resort work and special trips are also offered for groups of 4+ people.

While they are all specialized to the client’s needs, in general I practice Myofascial release, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Lymphatic, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology, Swedish, PNF Stretching, and a few styles of energy work.
I've also been trained and certified in CranioSacral, cupping, postural balancing, abdominal palpation and treatment, manual therapy applications for the male and female pelvic bowl, Reiki, as well as Neuromuscular therapy.

Allen will work one-on-one with you to determine the best course of action for your sessions together. Prior to a session, Allen can connect with you regarding your needs via phone call, email or you can book a 30-minute video consultation prior to a full in-person session to discuss and prepare in advance as needed.

I usually ask people to dress down to their comfort. For 1st sessions and hip release sessions, I insist on clients wearing athletic shorts.

All sessions are house-call style. Allen travels to you! For information on what to expect or how to prepare for a house call, make sure to book a video consultation with Allen prior to your in-person session for further in-depth instruction.

Safety is everything. If the mind and the body don't know they're safe, they aren't able to be comfortable and the session won't be as successful as it could be.
It starts with consideration, compassion, consistency, reliability, stability, and honesty. Those will help to form a connection. Generally in the first session I find it helpful to have conversations with people so we can learn about each other and build trust.
I usually ask people to dress down to their comfort. Having studied at a public school, there was a high level of focus on proper draping techniques so no body parts were exposed that shouldn't be. However, so many people have experienced being exposed durring sessions with other practitioners. So, I let them choose how they are comfortable getting on the table for our first session. I still drape them as though they were undressed, that way they can know what to expect if they would like to wear less for our next session.
